Currently, the company operates in <strong>over 40 countries, with more than 400 manufacturing plants and 200,000 employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a part of my job role, I create communication materials that help to deliver the message across the organization. For a company that has over 200,000 employees worldwide, it is crucial to communicate the information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is where animation became an effective solution for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before using animated videos, finding ways to communicate complex business ideas effectively across a global organisation like Motherson was a challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existing content formats that we used failed to engage with our employees. It lacked the consistency in delivering a powerful message that resonates with the vibrancy and energy of our brand, which we were looking for.
