Animaker Fair Usage Policy

• Animaker customers (“Customers”) should be able to use the services in an appropriate manner to meet their needs, according to our fair usage policy(“Policy”).This Policy establishes guidelines and limitations on the acceptable use of the Service, including but not limited to, usage limits, liability, and prohibited uses. By utilizing the Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, as well as the overarching Agreement entered into by the parties.
• In exceptional cases, Animaker may be required to apply management techniques to reduce the usage.

• Getty Elite assets shall be procured by the Customer based on their need.
• Customers are allowed by upto 500 video downloads a year subject to a cap of 2500 minutes overall, where the individual video length of any given video may not exceed 30 minutes each.
• With respect to text to Background AI, the download limits for enterprise plan, shall be as follows:
• 200 downloads/ per account / year for deal value less than $5000(US Dollars Five thousand)
• 400 downloads/ per account / year for deal value in the range $5000(US Dollars five thousand) to $10,000(US Dollars ten thousand)
• 800 downloads/ per account / year for deal value in above $10,000(US Dollars ten thousand)
